Returns
We believe you’ll be thrilled with our product. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure each product is designed and built to be just what you want.
1) For quality problems, the product can be returned within 1 year and the BUYER bears the freight back and forth.
For this part, due to the games machine are large and higher shipping cost, we suggest to solve it by next order, like machine discount.
2) Discounted products are not returnable.
3) No compensation for damage caused by human factors or improper use.
4) All customized products do not support returns.
5) Retro used games will subject to factory inspection, you can ask for more details to test whether it meets your standards. They are not retunable.
6) For delivery damage, u should not sign the shipping receipt and make enough details proof for us to make claim. Or you sign it with reason and make images back to our customs service in 3 days.
We will sort it out as soon as possible with the shipping company.
7) For Large and high cost games, we suggest $15 ~$30 damage insurance for better claim when shipping damage happens.
How to return
Prior to shipping your item back to JCL Games, you must contact our customer service through eloisegoo1207@gmail.com. Customer Service will give you the return address. To avoid damage during the return, it is required that you ship any return to Venace in its original packaging. You must ship any product to the address given to you.
Refunds
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. And you bear the processing fee for the purchase. When we receive the goods you sent back to ensure that there is no secondary damage and complete, we will refund you in 14~20 business days.
